Flick me your address FS and I will gladly post a couple out as soon as they are ready. Postage will most likely be around the 10+ mark to over there.
Probably easiest to pay a months subs for me..I will let you know when they are ready(week or so until the next batch are ripe..(this weeks are chilli beef bound).
Thanks for the idea Fishy...That's about what I have lined up on the sideboard plus some capsicum, fennel and a dash of good ale..Recipes rarely happen according to the book as you say doggy. :D

Onions (One or two..up to you)
Capsicums (one red,one geen.)
One tin of kidney beans
One tin of mixed beans
One pack of kangaroo fillet or steak(Coles and woolies sell it)..around a kilo.
One tin of chopped tomatoes
Garlic(dollop of minced stuff)
Chipotle tobasco
Lea n perrins Worcestershire sauce
Coopers sparklingale(half for me half for he stew)
paprika(if it floats your boat)
chillies(up to you)
chillicon carni mix packet (one or two depending on size)

I thunk thats about it...varies each time

Chop up the onions meat, chillies and capsicum..nice and rough, not too fine.

slowly fry the onions, add garlic then the capsicum chillies and meat

chuck in the packet con carni mix.

chuck in the tin of tomatoes.

chuck in the beans.

Add the beer,chipotle tobasco(generous splash=half a bottle?),Worcestershire sauce(just a dash),paprika(a pinch) or whatever else you fancy.For extra smokiness i use a drop(and only a drop)of liquid smoke.

Let it cook SLOWLY for an hour or two...or until it has reduced to the consistency you like.

Buena onda mate!!
